The beginning

THE LOVE OF CRAFT

Our journey began in 2015 when Marco, after making beer at home for his friends, decided to found a new brand called Unseen Creatures, named after the unseen bacteria with which he would later ferment his wild beers.

With the opening of the taproom in December 2019 (just a few months before covid, nice timing...) we began to create an unseen culture in Miami. A culture that is governed by the love of craft, of the unexpected, of unknown flavors, of balance both in beer and in life that allows you to enjoy the little things like in this case, one of the best beers you can get to take

In 2022 a new creature would join the family. Joaquin came from Argentina with the idea of taking Unseen Creatures to the moon and beyond.

In the middle of that year, another super important creature would join, Nacho. He would help organize and professionalize all the brewery's processes and all together during 2022 and 2023 they helped the brewery grow up to 3 times more.

In case something was missing, we had the pleasure of being able to add Bruno. An expert in the creation of beers, a lover of what he does and an expert in fermentations and brewing processes who took the level of our beers to another level, winning at the beginning of 2024 the award for one of the best breweries of the prestigious Tayrona Cup.

And this is just the beginning, creatures... This team is preparing for one of the most ambitious beer projects in South Florida. The creation of a new home for those creatures who seek to go further, who seek to take their experience in a brewery to another level. Unseen Creatures Miami Gardens is getting closer, a state-of-the-art beer factory, with the latest technology to bring the best beer they are going to try to the greatest number of people in Miami and surrounding areas. With its taproom for more than 150 people, where you can find everything from delicious dishes to the best musical events in the area and where you will undoubtedly have the best times.
